I’ve always loved baking, but Cozy Crumb really began with a simple goal: create a cookie that felt like home.
After plenty of testing, adjusting, and learning, one batch finally came out of the oven exactly right. When I broke the cookie open, the center was soft and chewy, the edges were perfectly crisp, and the flavor was richer than I ever expected.
That moment of “I can’t believe I made this” is what Cozy Crumb is built on.
Every batch is made the same way — small, thoughtful, and focused on flavor and texture. No mass production, just cookies baked the way they should be: cozy, comforting, and meant to be enjoyed.
